Yoghurt shake



Pic of the day: youghurt shake!

Been drinking this every morning for the past few weeks hehe. Love it. I got that bottle for free from Oat Crunch.
If you are a youghurt lover, do try this. A healthy and yummy snack. Great for breakfast plus it's very convenient. Easy to prepare.

You will just need 110ml of milk, 130ml of yougurt and a packet of oat crunch biscuit.

Of course you can shake it with other biscuits too. It's up to your preference. Maybe with Chipsmore, Oreo or some other oatmeal biscuits :)
 You can also try it with chocolate/strawberry milk. I've tried chocolate milk and strawberry yogurt. It tasted great!

If you are trying to build up your body or muscles, you might as well add in a scoop of protein. That will definitely make a nutritious breakfast! Enjoy :)
